Included in the accommodation daily price:

• In the house you will find several foods for a good start of the day: Milk / coffee / tea / barley rusks, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, bread, biscuits, pastries, honey, butter and jam, and very often a home-made cake preparedy by "Michela". Moreover, as a sign of welcome, there will be all what you need to quickly prepare a pasta dish (spaghetti, pesto / tomato and tuna), and fresh fruit.
• Change bethroom and bed towels every 2-3 days
• Free Transfer service, upon availability of the owner, to and from the nearby train station (going to Piazzale Flaminio / Piazza del Popolo), or to and from the "Settebagni" line FR1 train station (which goes to the Tiburtina station or to Fiumicino/Leonardo da Vinci airport)
  
• Provision of information and material about events and attractions in Rome. In the small library of the house are also available novels and books of essays and several books about the city of Rome
• Usage the courtyard / garden during spring and summer seasons
• Small pets allowed
• Purchasing of tickets for Rome Auditorium events (http://www.auditorium.com): Guests who wish to attend the events scheduled at Rome Auditorium can ask about a ticket booking service. We will buy the tickets and make them available upon guests arrival at no additional cost beside the ticket price.
• In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, laundry, banks, post office
